  	Eugene "Bull Dog" Belton was born October 31, 1920 in Murphysboro to Howard William and Jennie Viola Barnes Belton. His siblings include George of Mattoon, Evelyn Pyron of Murphysboro, and two brothers and three sisters who preceded him in death. Mr. Belton was a tool and die maker for the Marien Straight Corporation of Mount Clemens. He was a Baptist and was a member of the Masonic Lodge 519 of Detroit, Michigan.
