  	CUTTINGSVILLE - Larry Elwin Freeman, 76, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at his residence. He was born Oct. 26, 1937, in Mount Holly, the son of Lawrence and Agnes (Chamberlin) Freeman. He was a longtime dairy farmer with his brother in Mount Holly and Cuttingsville, as well as a member of the Vermont National Guard for 11 years. Mr. Freeman was presented with a 50-year-member pin Friday, May 17, by Mount Moriah #96 Free & Accepted Masons of East Wallingford. He enjoyed operating his sawmill, riding motorcycles, woodworking, and he built a Piper Cub airplane. Survivors include a brother, Fay Freeman, and a sister, Lizzie Emmons, both of Cuttingsville, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie Carter. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, May 24, at the Aldous Funeral Home where the Masonic service will be at 4 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery in Ludlow.
