  	Lloyd Slawson, 88, a retired Boy Scout leader and U.S. Navy veteran, passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, in Arlington. Lloyd was born Nov. 4, 1926, in Fort Worth to Lloyd and Marion Slawson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Perkins Slawson; his parents; two sisters, Elizabeth Ezell and Martha Rogers; and his brother, Robert Slawson. Survivors: Wife, Sylvia Slawson; daughters, Lynne Elliott and husband, Jim, of Arlington and Gayle Reid and husband, Gary, of Burleson; grandchildren, James Elliott and wife, Sheena, of Centreville, Md., Jason Elliott and wife, Ashely, of Arlington, Monica Ingersoll and husband, Kelly, of Burleson and Derek McKenzie of Fort Worth; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Stephenson.
