    • Baron Wilhelm Von Hanstein and Jeanette (Kinney) Von Hanstein had to flee Austria to escape from the Nazi's. They never had children. The one thing I remember was Aunt Jeanette, when hearing the Sound of Music was being released, saying the Von Trap family were a bunch of phonies. They knew them socially before the war. The story as it was told never happened that way. [3]
