      Married since 1879, Mr. and Mrs. Dan H. Dutton of Keene can celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary next year. They were married at Meriden. Mr. Dutton was born at Mendon, Ill., April 23, 1846. His wife before their marriage was Maggie Teter. She was born in West Virginia, Sept. 13, 1855, her parents being Henry and Rebecca Teter. Her home before coming to Wabaunsee county was at Centerville, Iowa.

      Maude D. Fauerbach
      Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at noon Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for Mrs. Maude D. Fauerbach, 95, formerly of St. Marys. She died late Thursday, October 23, 1986, at a Bonner Springs nursing home.

      Mrs. Fauerbach had been a clerk in the Stevens Dry Goods stores at Maple Hill and Meriden.

      She was born April 22, 1891, at Keene, the daughter of Daniel and Margaret Teeter Dutton. She moved from Maple Hill to Meriden in 1941, to Topeka in 1956, and to Overland Park in 1960.

      Mrs. Fauerbach was a member of Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Overland Park and was a 50-year member of Royal Neighbors of America.

      She was married to Frank Fauerbach April 12, 1920, at St. Marys. He died in 1933. Survivors include four daughters, Mary Faurbach and Mrs. Elizabeth Brown, Overland Park, Erma Fauerbach, Liberty, Mo., and Mrs. Lois Sutton, Columbus, Ga.; a son, Joseph Fauerbach, Grandview, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Margie Martin, Benkleman, Nebr.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

      Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at St. Marys. A rosary was recited at 6 p.m. Sunday at Verschelden Funeral Home.
      Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. [4]
