  Wayne is the son of Elwin Dutton & Isadore Bedell. He married (1st) Yvette Pinard on 31 Aug 1940 at Hardwick, VT; Yvette died 28 Feb 1950. He married (2nd) Marion Ellen Webster on 11 Dec 1952 at Bethel, VT. (Birth, Marriage & Death certificates) HARDWICK - Wayne Howard Dutton, 90, died Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Maple Lane Nursing Home in Barton. He was born Dec. 9, 1915, in Hardwick, the son of the late Elwin and Isadore (Bedell) Dutton. He attended a one-room school in District #10 in Hardwick. On Dec. 11, 1952, he married Marion Ellen "Peggy" Willson in Bethel. In his earlier years he was an auto mechanic in St Albans. In 1934 he purchased a sugarbush on the Nichol's Pond Road in Hardwick. He operated a successful maple sugar business for more than 66 years. In the 1940s he purchased a dairy farm in Hardwick, which he operated until 1972. Wayne was a member of the Maple Sugar Makers of Vermont. He enjoyed the time that he spent with his family, Country and Western Music, singing, playing the piano and harmonica. Other enjoyments include walks through his sugar bush and making maple syrup each spring. Survivors include his wife of Hardwick; a son, Gary Dutton of Hardwick; one granddaughter; one nephew; and several cousins. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 31, at 11 a.m. at the United Church of Hardwick with Pastor Judy Waible officiating. [2]
