  	Sycamore True Republican, Sycamore, Il Wednesday, July 14, 1909 p. 1 CAME TO SYCAMORE IN 1884 Henry T. Dutton Died Early Sunday Last Following a Stroke Of Paralysis. Henry Turner Dutton died at the family home in this city Sunday morning at nine o'clock of paralysis, aged 83 years. Mr. Dutton was born July 15, 1826, at Charleston, N.H., being the second son of William P. and Mary Turner Dutton. He came to Illinois first in 1884 returning later to New Hampshire, where, in 1851, he married Elizabeth Blood who died October 18, 1907. After their marriage they came direct to Sycamore where they had since made their home. Of the three children born to this union, only one, Mrs. Florence Bodie of this city, is left surviving. Ella Marie Brown, a daughter, died in 1887 at San Diego, Cal. Ernest Leslie died here in 1891. Three grandchildren and two great grandchildren are living. A sister, Mrs. Lydia Everts, is living at Michigan City, Ind. Mr. Dutton was well known throughout this locality and respected. The funeral was held at the house Monday afternoon at three o'clock, Rev. H. S. Roblee officiating. The interment was in Elmwood. [3]
