  	PERCIVAL LOWELL (LOWLE), Gent., merchant, of Kington Seymour and Portbury, Somerset(England), son and heir by his father's 2nd marriage. On 14 April 1573 he and MARGARET Lowle were admitted tenants of eight acres of land in Portbury, Somerset(England)in 1613, and as bailiff of the manor of Portbury, Somerset (England), 1621. He married about 1599 REBECCA______. He served as a chruchwarden in Portsbury, Somerset (England) in 1613. They immigrated to New England in 1639, where they settled at Newbury, Massachusetts. His wife, REBBECA, died at Newbury, Massachusetts 28 Feb 1645.
