  	On double marker with Sandra H. Proctor (1934-2001) "Billie Richard Proctor, 86, died on December 21, 2014. Billie was born September 21, 1928, in Brownwood, Texas. He was a loving husband, dedicated father, and valued friend. Billie was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he retired from General Dynamics, and he was a member of First Baptist Church of Thorp Spring. He was a long-time resident of Burleson, Texas, and spent his last 25 years in Granbury. "The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014, at Wiley Funeral Home, and will be officiated by Rev. Brandon Graham. Burial will be at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury. "Billie was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Sandra Hamilton Proctor, and his great-grandson, Dakota Proctor. "Survivors include children, Mike Proctor and wife, Cathie; Pat Bowen and husband, Donald; Pam Smith and husband, Donald; Mitch Proctor and wife, Sue; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and Ermine Laurence, his companion for the past 13 years.
