  	Kathleen M. (Willy) Downham, 86, of Logansport, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport. Born on January 1, 1931 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late John and Esther (Barrett) Willy. In 1973 in La Cañada, California she married Richard E. O’Rear who preceded in death on May 16, 1993. Then in 1994 in Deer Creek, Indiana to Robert L. Downham who preceded in death on August 21, 2015. Kathleen was the former co-owner of REO Engineering where she served as the bookkeeper and secretary. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling, oil painting, listening to music and playing the piano. Kathleen attended the Faith Lutheran Church. Surviving is a son, Robert (Brita) O’Rear, San Clemente, CA; step son, Richard E. (Molly) O’Rear, Chula Vista, CA; step daughters, Maurene (John) Moore, Citrus Heights, CA; Anne (Phil) Stroup, Collierville, TN; Vicky (Don) Haven, Arizona; brother, Erik Willy, Logansport; sister, Eleanor (Jack) Winegardner, Logansport; two grandchildren; eight step grandchildren ; three step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth D. O’Rear; step daughter, Charlene Moore; three sisters, Dorothy Coppock, Marilyn Shideler and Carolyn Fauvergue; three brothers, John, Leroy and Edwin Willy. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, June 30, 2017 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Lendermon officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Creek Cemetery, Logansport.
