  Brent Urie died at the age of 45, at his home, following his battle with Cancer. He was the son of Hazel (Eldridge) Urie and Ralph Urie. He graduated from Lamoille Union High School in 1981. He was a member of the Cambridge Rescue Squad for the past 15 years. He grew up on the family farm, called "Ring O'Hills Farm." He is survived by: His parents, Hazel and Ralph Urie, of Cambridge, Vermont, a dear friend, Lori (Wells) Goodyear, of Jeffersonville, Vermont, and two sisters, Annie Cook of Fletcher, Vermont, and Donna Safford of Jeffersonville, Vermont, his faithful canine companion and four-wheeler buddy, Max, and his cat, Izzy.
