Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 31, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Swindle was preceded in death by his father, George W. Swindle; mother, Hassie Swindle; three brothers; and two sisters.He is survived by his wife, Edith Swindle of Jasper; sisters, Addie Swindle and Bertha Edwards, both of Jasper; brothers, George Swindle of Oregon and Olen Swindle of Hanceville.
