He attended the Second Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Alco Products and Weedsport Tool & Machine Co. He retired in 1956. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Margaret) Jordan, Mrs. Edward (Evelyn) Matro of Auburn; one son, Elwin Zellar, Marcellus; one sister, Mrs. Vemer (Maude), Hawker, Jordan; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at The Langham Funeral Home, 91 E. Genesee St. The Rev. John L. Taylor, Pastor of the Second Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Weedsport rural cemetery. Calling hours will be from" 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 3 to 5 and .7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home [4]
