- Ralph E. Dutton, 82, of 60 Hood Drive, Lock Haven, passed away Oct. 9, 2014 at Manor Care South, Williamsport.
He was born in Flemington on Feb. 1, 1932, to the late Gabriel and Elise Eck Dutton.
He was united in marriage to Imogene Lavonne Condo Dutton on June 29, 1957, who survives.
Ralph was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and was employed at American Color and Chemical for 32 years. He had worked at Avery Dennison for 12 years, retiring in 1997.
He was a member of the St. Agnes Church and had been an usher for 37 years. Ralph was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of the Bald Eagle Ridge Runners; he was also past president of the Lockettes.
Surviving, in addition to his wife Imogene, are four daughters, Teresa A. (Henry) Tieman of Delaware, Susan L. (Arthur) Seymour of Maryland, Jane L. Dutton of Lock Haven, and Jennifer L. (Thomas) Brungard of Lock Haven; also a daughter in-law, Angela Dutton of South Carolina; two sisters, Catherine L. Shadle and Thelma Hastsock; one brother, Thomas L.; two grandchildren, Jacob T. and Jonathan R. Seymour, and five step-grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by a son Daniel C. Dutton; six brothers, William, Robert, Elmer, Clair and Bruce, and Joseph Dutton; and three sisters, Anna Miller, Irene Irwin and Mary Lucas. A Mass of Christian Burial for Ralph E. Dutton will be celebrated Monday, Oct. 13 at the Holy Spirit Parish, St. Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, at 10 a.m., with Father Norman Imgrund officiating.
